minor melt down

from here

Yesterday i did this little post...

Opppsie.

I am having a few little issues with controlling my inner thoughts and keeping a positive attitude.

Things/life are stressing me out:

- histology exams that need marking
- histology assignments that need marking
- moving home for three/four weeks to look after my ma  post hip surgery
- getting organised to move home
- not having money to pay next months rent and bills
- my messy house
- my unorganised life
- my last semester of uni
- the biochemisty subject i need i am teaching next semester
- being unhealthy

ahhhhh

looking over it i guess it's not that bad. i could look at my situation like:

- a holiday
- spending precious time with ma, bro and nephews
- learning
- growing as a teacher
- getting experience
- living longer with nicer skin and hopefully a smaller tummy/hips/thighs
- i might even get to relax and read my book

sometimes it really helps to look at things with my glass half full glasses on.

i hope i can keep this positive attitude the next few weeks.

It's so hard to remain positive sometimes, especially when it feels like everything is going wrong at once! I guess the thing that helps me is remembering that the bad things always pass, and things always get better! Its just a matter of patience! Good luck with the next month :)

It sounds like you're in a really stressful time right now, which would make anyone feel overwhelmed! I think you have a good attitude though and I hope you can find some positive moments in the next month ♥

(And it's okay to be grouchy and un-positive sometimes. I have moments of absolute grouchiness, it's healthy!)

Sometimes is difficult to see the positive side, I've been very stressed this year studying and studying a lot! Good luck with your exams, and thanks a lot for encouraging me with my studies! Energy&positive mind!*

being positive is not always easy, especially when you feel like the burden you carry is yours and no one else is there to help you. But things will get better, that's what I always tell myself. Sending you some positive vibes from the blogosphere

It is challenging at times but it sounds like you have the right attitude to turn it around...it's like a lesson in training so that one day your perspective changes automatically...taking things in stride are sometimes harder than others though...sounds like you are doing a great job!
smiles and good energy your way!
